How it's scored
Each statement runs from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). Each foundation's score is the average of its two statement scores. Every statement carries the same weight. Your overall score is the average of the six foundation scores.
One person's score is a starting point. Differences between leaders' scores are often more useful than the average.
With your leadership team
Up to 10 leaders score the same 12 statements before a half-day session. During the session, the team reviews the scores and chooses the first workflow to work on. The written summary sets out which foundations need attention first.
